They say that they will wait until after the holidays because they know they’ll indulge. However, Deanna says that the holidays are when we need to feel our best. Learning to work out at home with minimal equipment is the final pillar. You really don’t need a lot of equipment; you just need to do something you enjoy. Remember, don’t wait until January 1. It is your time right now. We’ve got to keep ourselves looking and feeling our best!
