Megan worked in New York as a trend forecaster. However, she felt it was not relatable to most women. The fashion industry made Megan feel like she needed to change. She knew there had to be more to fashion, so she dove deep into the world of coaching.
As a style coach, Megan works with her clients to figure out their goals. What’s missing, and what isn’t working? Then, Megan focuses on the client’s body type. What works best for your body type? Like everything, your style will change throughout the years. If you are still dressing yourself the same as you did ten years ago, then you are in a style rut.
It can be overwhelming to narrow down your style goals. The first step in finding your goals is an hour-long strategy discussion. Deanna got help with her closet from Megan and learned that physical clutter will create mental clutter. Sometimes the bigger the closet, the harder it is to get dressed. With less in your closet, you can actually end up having more options.
Megan wants her clients to style themselves in the most beautiful way without changing anything about their bodies. Most women are looking to up-level their confidence and this is a great way to achieve that.
If one of Megan’s clients wants to lose weight, she will work with them to buy the right sizes. Everything comes down to knowing your body type. Later, Megan discusses renting outfits, controlling our images, and where to find style inspiration.
