Fellow FASTerWay to Fat Loss coach Whitney Abraham joins Deanna in this episode. Today’s conversation is about how to create confidence and what it takes to be confident. It doesn’t take much, and when we have that confidence, it can change our lives. Whitney spent ten years of fundraising in a high-pressure environment. After having her babies, her priorities shifted as they do for most women. She decided to leave her job to stay home with her babies, but she says that this marked the beginning of her dark years. We hear about how she felt so alone, unfulfilled, and guilty. However, this situation allowed her to find herself again. After entering the FASTer Way to Fat Loss program, Whitney gained back some confidence that she had lost. This confidence was then applied to other areas and led to her getting certified as a coach. Deanna talks about how Whitney rose to the top so quickly, and Whitney gives her own thoughts on the reasons. Over the years, Whitney has realized that her optimal split of time is 40% with her family and 60% with her business. There is no wrong split; you just need to figure out what is best for you. Deanna and Whitney then discuss some of the challenges of balancing business and work at the same time. Whitney reveals her time-blocking habits that allow her to accomplish everything she wants, taking us through her average day. Ending this episode, she tells us the simple formula that will create confidence in your life.
