Meet Your Balance Wellness Method Coaches


After a few months off I am thrilled to be back with all of you! I had a wonderful summer with my husband, children, and granddaughter! I also spent some time planning and preparing for the relaunch of this podcast! In today’s kickoff episode, I have 2 of my very dear friends and fellow coaches with me. I want to introduce them because they will be joining me in leading you through the Balance Wellness Method!

Hear each of us share our stories of what kickstarted our health journeys and how we have been navigating our menopausal transitions. Each of us are different but we come with the shared experience of going through menopause and how we have used movement, nutrition, and mindfulness practices to thrive in this season. Melanie, Lori, and I bring our unique gifting to the Balance Wellness Method. About the Host

I too, struggled in my late 40s when I hit peri-menopause! I was experiencing all those not-so-fun physical changes in my body, as well as mental and emotional fatigue. What worked for me before was not working anymore.
