Are you looking for a fun dance based fitness class? You are in for a treat! I am so excited Well and Worthy Life will be hosting Megan Roup in Birmingham for a Pop Up Class on Saturday, May 5th at 11:00 a.m. at Forma.
As you know I love all kinds of workouts but I have to tell you this class is one of my favorites for sure. Megan’s energy and enthusiasm make this class so much fun.
In February, I tagged along with my husband on a work trip to New York City. This trip was especially fun for me because I had a fun photo shoot and got to meet Megan and take her class.
A friend of mine in Birmingham is friends with Megan and she told me about her fitness class. My friend set it up for me to take her class and then go get coffee with Megan. I will be honest I was a little nervous about taking her class. My first thought was I wouldn’t be able to keep up or do any of the moves. Luckily I was wrong.
Don’t get me wrong it was a tough class and I was very sweaty after the class but I was able to do most of everything. The things that I couldn’t do I was able to modify.
After class, Megan and I went to get coffee. I really enjoyed getting to meet her and talk to her about coming to Birmingham. She also told me about her latest venture with Obé, a fitness streaming site. So even though I can’t take her class in NYC, I can stream her where ever I am and take her class.
Grab your best friend and sign up for the class right here. Space is limited. Be sure to bring a yoga mat. Your ticket includes class with Megan, a pair of her signature Sculpt Society Sliders, and a free month subscription to obé. Obé is a new online fitness platform, where you can stream classes with Megan and the rest of the obé trainers wherever your phone takes you.
Stay after class and network with like-minded company with local drinks and snacks provided by my friend Meredith from The Southern Source.
I am looking forward to seeing you there!
