In peri menopause I suffered with night sweats and sleepless nights. So much disruptive sleep. 

If I had only known what I know now. Finding a sleep routine can help so much. 

My sleep routine consists of:
✨ Hot decaffeinated tea
✨No screens an hour before bed.
✨Turn down thermostat to 68’.
✨Close curtains for dark room. 
✨My @chilisleep.
