She’s dedicated her life to studying the intricacies of women. This has turned into a passion to educate women on the importance of a healthy body, mind, and spirit. Her mission is to show by example, how you can create optimal wellness for yourself by utilizing food, movement, mindfulness practices, herb supplements, and energy healing techniques.

In this episode, she’s sharing her unconventional journey to becoming a physician and how her pregnancy experience as a teen gave her a vision of being a voice for women to get the care they need for optimal health.
