Meet my client, Jodi.
Hi, my name is Jodi. I am a Mom of two girls and a wife to a wonderful husband. I have been blessed with a wonderful life, but have struggled with finding happiness with myself at times. I enjoy reading lifestyle blogs and one day came across Deanna’s Instagram account.
One day I noticed she posted about a program that was not a diet, but rather a lifestyle change. At the time, it’s exactly what I needed in my life. I have tried numerous shakes, diets, and exercise programs and always fail not long after starting them. I decided to give it a shot and sign up for a round of the FASTer Way to Fat Loss® program. I am so glad I took that first step.
Since beginning the program I have learned how to fuel my body with the right foods, gained a little self-confidence, and overall felt better and have more energy!
During my first six weeks of the program, I stuck to the nutritional portion mostly. I did incorporate fitness but my main focus was on my food intake. At the end of the first six weeks, I noticed a big difference. I ended up losing 10lbs and 7 inches. I still have a long way to go, but I am content with my results and hope to keep improving in all areas as I begin my second round with this wonderful program!
