You may have noticed, I haven’t been on my game lately writing my blog posts. I have had a hard time lately finding my groove between traveling and my boomerang son. It seems I need to take some of my own advice on time management and using time blocking.
Well And Worthy Life
When I first started my blog Well and Worthy Life, I had a plan to do a blog on wellness and lifestyle. It has been almost a year and it has evolved to so much more. I am excited to tell you that I have been working on getting my Health Coaching certification for the past 6 months. The program I am in is Integrative Nutrition, the largest Health Coach Certification Program in the country. It is a year-long process but I can start working with clients after 6 months.
Health Coaching
You may wonder what is a Health Coach? Integrative Nutrition defines a health coach as “a wellness authority and supportive mentor who motivates individuals to cultivate positive health choices. Health coaches educate and support clients to achieve their health goals through lifestyle and behavior adjustments.”
We are trained in over 100 dietary theories and lifestyle coaching techniques to help you discover what is holding you back from living your best life.
I will be offering one on one health coaching as well as group coaching. Currently, I am taking clients for my one on one coaching. I will only be taking 5 clients. If you are interested, please email me at deanna@wellandworthylife.com and I can send you more information.
When I started thinking about my group coaching I wanted to offer the best program I could find and I have found it! This is a 6-week online program that will empower you to transform your life through simple, effective cutting-edge fitness and nutrition strategies. I am working on my certification for this program and will be offering it as soon as possible. My target is right after Labor Day. If you are interested in this program, email me at deanna@wellandworthylife.com.
So here I go finding my groove and trying to live my best life. What’s going on with you?
