It’s easy to be grateful when life is good but how to be grateful when life is hard is another story! We always have a choice in the way we see our circumstances. We can either see them in a negative light or a positive one. Research has shown that the way we view our life will directly affect our journey.

So how can we foster more gratitude in our lives when we’re bent towards pessimism or walking through challenging times? The key is mindset.  When we set our thoughts on gratitude and have our eyes open to the ways our experiences are teaching and expanding us, it changes us from within.
