I am on the go most of the day and it is important for me to have quick healthy snacks that I can take with me in my purse. Do you ever find yourself so hungry that you will just grab anything to satisfy that hunger? Well, I have been there too. Now, I am always prepared so that I don’t make a bad choice and go off-track for the rest of the day.
Most of the time, I have a bag of nuts (my favorites are macadamia and walnuts) and maybe a protein bar like One Protein bars. They travel well. I don’t have to worry about them melting in my purse. I also carry my favorite water bottle filled with water wherever I go. Water helps fill me up when I think I may be hungry.
