It is hard to believe another year has passed. A new year is a great time to wipe the slate clean and start over.
There is so much to learn from your past. Take time to reflect on 2017. Anything from 2017 that didn’t work for you, let it go. The things or changes that were good for you in 2017, hold on to them. Decide on what you want for 2018.
My goals for 2018
- Work smarter not harder.
- Spend more quality time with my friends and family.
- Get more sleep.
- Continue to learn and share more about health and wellness.
I don’t really like the term New Year Resolutions. Every time I have tried it by about mid-January those resolutions have been broken. The term goal works for me much better. The goal is what I aim for and it allows me to access and make adjustments along the way.
Supporting Each Other
My hope is that 2018 is going to be your best year yet. We are together on this journey to become the best we can be. By making the best choices for ourselves. What works for one person may not work for another person. We are all individuals that can support each other on this journey.
I met a new blogger friend a few weeks ago Meredith Tolleson. Meredith just started a blog this year called The Southern Source. Be sure to check out her Instagram and website. She has great recipes and entertaining ideas. We are working together to support each other on this blogging journey.
In my last post, I gave you different ideas on lifestyle changes with eating and exercise. There are so many other things we can do to live a Healthy Lifestyle. Today is the day to start fresh! Where do you want to be a year from now? Go ahead write those goals down. Put them somewhere you will see them every day. Then go for it!
I would love to hear some of your goals for 2018. Please leave them in the comments below.
