It has been a little over a week since I got home from Unleash The Power Within (UPW), a Tony Robbins conference. It is hard to describe to someone what it was like to be there. The best thing I can tell you is to go yourself and experience it.
Coming back to reality after being at UPW has been a little hard. I want to keep the momentum and feeling from there but I will admit it has been difficult. I keep playing music and dancing around to get me into my “state”.
My son, Carter (check out his moving business) and I went to the conference together. Sharing this experience together was so special. I wish my whole family could have gone and experienced it together. I saw several families there together. One thing that really surprised me was seeing children as young as 10 at the conference.
As I sit here and try to describe my experience I realize I really can’t put it into words…you really just need to go experience it your self. I think everyone comes away with something different. You get out of it what you need at the time.
I love going to events like this because it helps me to continuously grow and expand my mind. In July, I am heading to Rachel Hollis’s conference in Dallas and I am so excited about that as well.
So how am I am going to continue my path of growth from this conference and others that I attend? I have hired a coach!! I am so excited! As a health and wellness coach, I know the benefits of having one so it seemed natural the coach should have a coach.
Staying accountable to a coach and having that person help me unlock my personal and professional potential is thrilling. I can not wait to see how it goes!
