My Favorite Gluten-Free Overnight Chia Oats

One of my favorite ways to break my fast on a regular macro with my FASTer Way to Fat Loss lifestyle is with gluten-free overnight chia oats.

I like to keep things very simple and so this is a very simple recipe:

Gluten-Free Overnight Chia Oats

1/2 cup gluten-free quick oats

1 cup almond milk

1 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. chia seeds

shredded coconut

1-2 drops of stevia

Mix everything together in a small mason jar and store in the refrigerator.

The next day when I am ready to break my fast. I mix in walnuts, berries, more coconut flakes, or even sometimes I might add my favorite almond butter.

I have always loved oatmeal especially when it is cold outside. But during the warmer months, gluten-free overnight chia oats really hits the spot. I am able to get in my carbs and it really feels like a treat.

I like to make a couple to have in the refrigerator because I have learned planning ahead is the key to my success.
